Apollo Bikes runs multiple brand stores from one MYOB Exo with InSyncer

Australian bicycle distributor uses InSyncer to keep prices, stock and orders in step between several Shopify brand stores and MYOB Exo.

SCROLL

The business

Apollo Bikes is one of Australia’s leading bicycle and accessories distributors. It sells several brands, each with its own Shopify store.

The challenge

Running several brand stores meant several sets of orders, prices and stock figures to reconcile with MYOB Exo. The team did much of it by hand. That took time, and every manual step was a chance to get something wrong, like an order keyed in twice or a stock count out of date.

The solution

Apollo Bikes installed InSyncer to connect each Shopify brand store to the same MYOB Exo database. InSyncer handles each brand’s order reference fields differently, so every order arrives in Exo tagged to the right brand, and fulfilment runs automatically, not by hand.

What InSyncer syncs

  • Orders: orders from every brand store are created in MYOB Exo automatically
  • Inventory: Exo stock levels update in real time across all the stores
  • Pricing: Exo prices stay in step with each Shopify storefront
  • Fulfilment: fulfilment is automated across all the brands
  • Brand reference fields: each brand’s orders use its own reference fields

The results

Apollo Bikes no longer processes orders by hand, and stock is accurate across all its stores. Apollo has launched several brand stores on the same setup. Because every order lands in one Exo database, the team keeps one view of stock and sales across the business.
