The challenge
Karma Drinks’ trade customers were ordering by phone, email, and through sales reps. The manual ordering process was time-consuming and error-prone, with pricing managed separately from the ERP.
The solution
CyberWorkshop connected Shopify with Unleashed using InSyncer, creating an online wholesale ordering channel where trade customers can log in and order at their negotiated pricing. Orders flow directly into Unleashed for processing.
The results
Karma Drinks’ trade customers now order online at their agreed pricing, with orders syncing directly into Unleashed. The manual ordering process has been replaced with a modern self-service channel that reflects their trade terms.
