What is InSyncer?

InSyncer is a suite of native Shopify apps that connect MYOB ERP systems to Shopify for B2C and B2B ecommerce. There are four apps: InSyncer for MYOB Exo, InSyncer for MYOB Acumatica, InSyncer for MYOB AccountRight, and InSyncer for Acumatica (for businesses outside Australia and New Zealand).

Each app syncs pricing, inventory, and orders between the ERP and Shopify automatically. For B2B businesses on Shopify Plus, InSyncer also syncs customer-specific trade pricing, quantity breaks, promotional pricing, and trade catalogues.

Why InSyncer exists

We didn't set out to build an integration product. We're a Shopify agency. We've been building Shopify stores for Australian and New Zealand businesses since 2012 — custom development, migrations, ongoing support.

But our clients kept running into the same problem. They had MYOB as their ERP — pricing, inventory, customers, orders, all managed in Exo or Acumatica. And they had (or wanted) a Shopify store. But there was no reliable way to connect the two. The options were self-serve connectors that couldn't handle real business complexity, or custom middleware that was expensive to build and fragile to maintain.

So we built InSyncer. First for MYOB Exo. Then for MYOB Acumatica. Now for MYOB AccountRight. Each app is purpose-built for its ERP, not a generic connector stretched to fit.

Over a decade later, InSyncer connects 75+ businesses across Australia and New Zealand. It's a 4.8 and 5.0 star rated product on the Shopify App Store. And it's backed by a team that knows both sides of the integration — Shopify and MYOB — because we've been working on both for longer than anyone else in the region.

We work alongside your MYOB consultant

InSyncer deployments often involve three parties: you, your MYOB implementation consultant, and us. We handle the Shopify and integration side. Your MYOB consultant handles the ERP side. We coordinate directly with them throughout the project.

We've worked with Kilimanjaro Consulting, Momentum Software Solutions, Avanza Solutions, Acclaim Group, and MYOB directly. If you have a different MYOB partner, we'll work with them too. The model is the same: they know your ERP, we know Shopify and InSyncer, and together we connect the two.
