Most Shopify-to-ERP connectors are sold as self-serve software. You buy it, configure it, and try to make it work. The integrations that succeed are usually the ones with a partner who understands both sides of the connection.

InSyncer is software, but we deliver it as a service. We scope each integration against your product data, pricing rules and order flow. We configure the app, run it through staging, fix what breaks, and stay involved after launch. Most of our clients have been with us for years.

InSyncer has a dedicated app for each platform: MYOB Exo, MYOB Acumatica (formerly MYOB Advanced), MYOB AccountRight, and standalone Acumatica for businesses outside Australia and New Zealand. Each app is built around the ERP it connects to, rather than a single generic connector stretched across multiple platforms.

Yes. For retail (B2C), InSyncer syncs pricing, inventory, and orders between your ERP and Shopify. For wholesale (B2B), it goes further, syncing customer-specific trade pricing, quantity breaks, promotional pricing, and trade catalogues from your ERP into Shopify Plus.

The native connector is a capable tool. It supports B2B pricing, customer-specific rates, quantity breaks, and promotions. The difference is the deployment model. The native connector is self-serve inside Acumatica via entity mappings and sync templates. InSyncer is Software-with-a-Service: CyberWorkshop handles the full implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support. We're also a Shopify Plus Partner, so both sides of the integration are covered by specialists.

MySync and Amaka operate at the accounting level, syncing invoices and basic financial data. InSyncer operates at the ERP level, handling the full product, pricing, inventory, customer, and order data flow. It's a fundamentally different depth of integration.

Yes. InSyncer for MYOB AccountRight syncs orders, invoices, inventory, and refunds between AccountRight and Shopify. It works with all AccountRight versions. If you're on AccountRight Premier and transacting in multiple currencies, InSyncer handles that too.

No. InSyncer works with standard Shopify for B2C retail integrations. Shopify Plus is required for B2B features (customer-specific pricing, quantity breaks, trade catalogues) because those features depend on Shopify Plus's B2B capabilities.

A straightforward B2C integration typically takes 2-4 weeks from kickoff to go-live. B2B integrations with customer-specific pricing and complex business rules are more involved, usually 4-8 weeks.

The app subscription starts at $145 USD/month for retail sync. B2B sync on Shopify Plus is $345 USD/month. Full-service implementation is priced per project based on complexity.

Yes. Multi-store setups are supported, with each store configured independently for its own pricing rules, inventory locations, and order routing.

For MYOB Acumatica, you'll need an API user license. Your MYOB consultant can provision this. For MYOB Exo, InSyncer connects via the Exo API which is included with your Exo installation. We'll advise on exactly what's needed during scoping.
