Common questions.

Yes — there's a 14-day free trial on the app through the Shopify App Store. However, we recommend starting with a scoping call before installing, so we can confirm the integration will meet your needs before anyone spends time on setup.

No. InSyncer is a flat monthly subscription. We don't take a cut of your orders or charge per-transaction fees. Sync as many orders as your store processes.

Each unique product variant synced between MYOB and Shopify counts as one SKU. If your catalogue exceeds the plan limits, we'll scope an Enterprise arrangement — pricing is based on actual catalogue size.

Yes. You can upgrade from Retail to Wholesale at any time — we handle the B2B feature activation. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Implementation is everything from scoping through to go-live: configuration, data mapping, test order validation, UAT, and the first 48 hours of live monitoring. After go-live, app support is included in the monthly subscription.

Your MYOB consultant (e.g. Kilimanjaro, Avanza, MYOB direct) handles any changes needed inside your MYOB system. We work alongside them. If you don't have one, we can recommend partners we've collaborated with for years.

Nothing changes. Your app subscription continues, you still have direct access to our team, and configuration tweaks are included. We don't charge a renewal fee or re-implementation fee.

App pricing is quoted in USD because it's billed through the Shopify App Store. Implementation and enterprise contracts are typically priced and invoiced in NZD or AUD.
