The website

Content on this site is provided for information. Pricing, timelines, and feature lists can change. A scoping call and written proposal are what we work to for implementation projects. AccountRight is available as a self-serve Shopify app; Exo and Acumatica integrations are typically scoped and implemented by our team.

The apps

Use of the InSyncer Shopify apps is also governed by the Shopify App Store terms and the subscription you choose there. Implementation work is covered by the proposal or statement of work we send you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or our APIs, including submitting automated spam through the contact form or attempting to access private resources without authorisation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
