Product prices flow from MYOB Exo to Shopify automatically. When you update a price in Exo, it's reflected in your Shopify store without manual intervention. Supports retail pricing for B2C stores and customer-specific trade pricing for B2B.
Inventory Sync
Stock levels push from Exo to Shopify in real time. InSyncer uses a delta sync pattern -- only changed SKUs are updated, not the entire catalogue. This means fast, efficient syncs that catch every stock movement: sales, transfers, adjustments, goods receipts, and bulk imports.
Order Creation
Shopify orders flow back into MYOB Exo as sales orders. Customer details, line items, shipping, tax, and payment information are mapped automatically. No manual data entry, no copy-paste between systems.

Link Shopify customers to their MYOB Exo debtor accounts. For B2B stores, this means trade customers see their negotiated pricing when they log in. For B2C, orders are mapped to the correct Exo customer record.

How the integration works
InSyncer is a native Shopify app that connects directly to your MYOB Exo system via the Exo API. Your MYOB consultant sets up the Exo-side configuration (search templates, custom tables), and we handle everything on the Shopify side.

Exo remains your source of truth. All pricing, inventory, and customer data is managed in Exo as it always has been. InSyncer reads from Exo and writes orders back to it.

InSyncer sits between the two systems, managing the data flow. It runs as a native Shopify app -- installed from the Shopify App Store, configured by the CyberWorkshop team, and monitored ongoing.

Shopify handles the customer-facing storefront. Prices, stock levels, and trade terms are kept in sync by InSyncer. Orders placed on Shopify are pushed into Exo automatically.

B2C Retail
For retail ecommerce, InSyncer syncs your Exo retail prices and stock levels to Shopify. Orders flow back into Exo with customer details and payment information. This is the foundation -- the core sync that every InSyncer for Exo installation includes.

A manufacturer or distributor with a retail-facing Shopify store that needs pricing and inventory from Exo, and orders sent back to Exo for fulfilment.
B2B Wholesale (Shopify Plus)
For B2B operations, InSyncer goes further. Customer-specific trade pricing from Exo flows into Shopify Plus, so when a trade customer logs in they see their negotiated prices. Orders are mapped to the correct Exo debtor account with the right pricing applied.

A distributor or manufacturer with trade customers who currently order by phone, email, or sales rep. InSyncer connects Exo to Shopify Plus so those customers can self-serve at their agreed pricing.
