The business

Allied Medical was founded in 1998 by Ken and Katie Noble with the mission of providing world-class assistive technology in New Zealand. For over two decades, they’ve supplied consumers, businesses, and medical providers with mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment.

The challenge

Allied Medical’s previous website on Umbraco was difficult to maintain and lacked responsiveness. B2B buyers — home healthcare providers, physiotherapists, and pharmacies — couldn’t easily place orders, view previous orders, or find equipment. The search functionality was poor, there was no invoice history, and the team was spending time on manual workarounds.

The solution

CyberWorkshop partnered with Allied Medical to migrate to Shopify Plus with B2B on Shopify and InSyncer for MYOB Exo. The InSyncer integration automatically syncs prices and inventory across all channels, reducing manual updates.
