The business
The Interiors Group (TIG) is New Zealand’s largest specialist flooring and window furnishings retail network. It brings together Carpet Court, the country’s largest flooring retailer with 63 stores nationwide, and CurtainStudio, a leading retailer of ready-made and custom curtains, blinds, and shutters. Between them the two brands run a retail network across the North and South Islands.
The challenge
TIG were migrating off Solutionists onto Shopify Plus. At their scale, a storefront migration is only as good as what happens after checkout. Every online order and every Click & Collect pickup has to land in MYOB Exo as a sales order, routed to the store that owns it, so the network can fulfil and account for it. Without that link, a new storefront just moves the problem: staff re-keying orders into Exo by hand, store by store.
The solution
CyberWorkshop deployed and configured InSyncer for MYOB Exo. YoungShand handled the Shopify build; InSyncer handles the integration. Online sales orders and Click & Collect orders flow into Exo with the correct sale type and branch/location mapping, so each order reaches the right store in the network automatically. Kilimanjaro Consulting supported the MYOB Exo side.
The results
- TIG’s storefront is live on Shopify Plus, off Solutionists.
- Online orders and Click & Collect pickups post into MYOB Exo automatically — no manual re-keying.
- Orders route to the correct store across the network through branch and location mapping.
- InSyncer runs as the standing integration layer between Shopify and Exo.
