The challenge

Karma Drinks’ trade customers were ordering by phone, email, and through sales reps. The manual ordering process was time-consuming and error-prone, with pricing managed separately from the ERP.

The solution

CyberWorkshop connected Shopify with MYOB Exo using InSyncer, creating an online wholesale ordering channel where trade customers can log in and order at their negotiated pricing. Orders flow directly into Exo for processing.
