Prerequisites
- Shopify Plus (required for B2B features)
- MYOB Acumatica with customer price classes configured
- InSyncer B2B Sync plan ($345 USD/month)
How it works
Acumatica is the source of truth for all B2B pricing and customer relationships. InSyncer reads the pricing data from Acumatica and pushes it into Shopify Plus’s native B2B features (catalogs, price lists, company accounts).
When a trade customer logs into your Shopify Plus store, they see:
- Their specific pricing (not the retail price)
- Volume discounts that match their Acumatica terms
- Only the products they’re authorised to purchase
- Their order history and account details
Orders placed by B2B customers flow back into Acumatica mapped to the correct debtor account with the correct pricing applied.
Configuration
B2B configuration is handled by the CyberWorkshop team. It involves:
- Mapping Acumatica price classes to Shopify Plus price lists
- Configuring customer account linking (Acumatica debtor to Shopify company)
- Setting up catalogue rules for product visibility
- Testing with sample trade customer accounts
- Verifying pricing accuracy across different customer tiers
